QUEENGUARD F-90K
Queenguard F-90K is a super durable fluorine-based water/oil repellent agent which can be effective for natural fibers such as cotton, wool and silk, synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon and blends thereof without detracting from hand and with excellent durability through repeated washings and dry cleaning.
Excellent effects can be achieved even for fibers like wool blends which are not suitable for high-temperature treatment or even just under set drying conditions since it can add strong water and oil repellent properties through low temperature baking.
Queenguard F-90K can be used a SR finishing agent, being effective for not only normal-temperature water but water-based stains like hot coffee.

Appearance : Milky pale yellow emulsion
Ionicity : Weak cationic
Main constituent : Fluorine-based resin
Active constituent : 20%
pH : Acid side
Solubility : Easily dilutes and disperses in water

Method of use

Standard amount for use of “Queenguard NY-900 new” is as indicated below.

Nylon1-4%(sol.)
Polyester1-2% (sol.)
Cotton2-8% (sol.)
Wool2-6% (sol.)

Padding→Drying(100-110°C x 1~2min.)→Curing(130-180°C x 1~3min.)

Water repellent agent for various kinds of fibers

QUEENPROOF R-5A
QUEENPROOF R-5A has been developed to give various kinds of fibers with an excellent water repellency and proof effect. It does not contain a fluorine compound.

Appearance : White emulsion
Ionicity : Weak cationic
Main constituent : Acrylic urethane resin
pH : 6~7 (1% soln.)
Solubility : Easily soluble in water

Features

(1) 
It imparts an excellent water repellency and proof for various kinds of fibers such as cellulose, viscose, polyester, nylon and their blends.
(2)
It does not contain a fluorine compound, and has good durability under repeated washing.
(3)
It gives soft and smooth hand, and does not degrade the present color and rubbing fastness.
