QUEENLIGHT VR

Appearance : Clear~Pale yellowish liquid
Ionicity : Cationic
Main constituent : Organic nitrogen compounds
pH : 3-4
Solubility : Easily soluble in water

Features

(1) QUEENLIGHT VR gives excellent antiviral, antibacterial, deodorant and antifungal effects for any kind of natural fabrics and synthetic fabrics. Effective even if used in small amounts.
(2)QUEENLIGHT VR is applicable to padding process or dipping process. Treated fabric not cause color change.
And the handle touch after treatment is superbly soft.
(3)QUEENLIGHT VR is completely water soluble base, so no worries about uneven adhesion, causing chalk mark, and precipitation.
(4)Handling touch does not become hard after treated, and does not interfere with water absorption.
(5)QUEENLIGHT VR has good washing durability for cotton, rayon, silk, wool, and nylon without binder.
(6)In case of treating QUEENLIGHT VR for fluorescent dying fabric, whiteness may decrease.
It is better to do preliminary test and confirm them.

Method of use

Please adjust the amount used depending on textile and required performance.
The standard dosage is as follows.

(1) 
For cotton, rayon, silk, wool, and nylon

Padding process 5~30g/L Pad → Dry
Dipping process 0.5~3% owf. Normal temp.~40℃ × 15min. Dip → Squeeze → Dry

If required washing durability, please do curing process(ex 160℃×2min.) after drying. Unnecessary to use binder, but if combine binder, much better washing durability is obtained.

(2)
For polyester

Padding process 5~30g/L Pad → Dry → Set(180℃×90sec.)
Dipping process 0.5~3% owf. Normal temp.~40℃ × 15min. Dip → Squeeze → Dry → Set(180℃×90sec.)

The use of binder is needed for repeated washing.

Example of performance test

Application

◎For cotton
QUEENLIGHT VR  2% owf. (No binder)
25℃×15min.Dip → Squeeze → Dry → Cure(160℃×2min.)

◎For polyester
QUEENLIGHT VR  2% owf. (with binder)
25℃×15min.Dip → Squeeze → Dry → Set(180℃×90sec.)

Result

Testing QUEENLIGHT VR treated fabric (after 10times washed).
