Features
(1) | QUEENLIGHT RL-N gives excellent antibacterial, deodorant and antifungal effects for any kind of natural fabrics and synthetic fabrics. Effective even if used in small amounts. |
(2) | QUEENLIGHT RL-N is applicable to padding process or dipping process. Treated fabric don’t cause color change. |
(3) | Handling touch does not become hard after treated, and does not interfere with water absorption. |
(4) | In case of polyester or polyester rich blended fabrics, the high temperature heat setting process makes the superior durable washing performance. Other fabrics, the use of binder is needed for repeated washing. |
(5) | In case of polyester or polyester/spandex blended fabrics, one-bath dyeing and finishing method is possible. And the preliminary test is recommended for the affect of color tone and performance. |
(6) | QUEENLIGHT RL-N gives excellent deodorant effect for sweat and armpit odor, it can be deployed sports clothing. |
(7) | QUEENLIGHT RL-N is nonionic agent, so it is easy to mix any ionic type agents. |
Method of use
Please adjust the amount used depending on textile and required performance.
The standard dosage is as follows.

(1) | Normal process Padding process 1~5% soln. Pad → Dry Dipping process 1~5% owf. Normal temp.~40℃ × 15min. Dip → Squeeze → Dry |

(2) | High durability washing process (in case of polyester or polyester rich blend fabric) Padding process 1~5% soln. Pad → Dry → Set(180℃×90sec.) Dipping process 1~5% owf. Normal temp.~40℃ × 20min. Dip → Squeeze → Dry → Set(180℃×90sec.) Exhaustion process 1~5% owf. 130~135℃ × 30~60min. Dip(PH=6~7/bath ratio 1:5~15)→ Rinsing → Dry * Low bath ratio is better for the degree of exhaustion. |
* | According to high temperature heat setting process (more than 180℃) after drying, or high temperature exhaustion process(more than 130℃), superior durable washing performance is obtained. |
(3) | Application in dyeing bath on polyester fiber with disperse dyes. |
